STSOF has focused for many years on promoting the social, educational, economical and personal development of both gender (Male and Female) and spend greater efforts in raising awareness of individual potential ability and capability in order to promote their participation in the decision-making processes for life and the sense of patriotism as well as commitment to their rights to equal opportunities and to encourage development. It has embarked on a number of projects, which include seminars on empowerment in area of career, donations Games, creativity and skills retreats among others.
